Overview
The Residential Real Estate Sale Contract By Owner is a binding contract for the purchase of a personal residence directly between the owner of the residence and the prospective buyer. 
This document provides for the traditional arrangement between a seller and buyer, including a financing, any contingencies, inspections and title matters.

When You Need It
-When you are either the seller or the buyer of a home that is for sale by its owner.
-To document all the necessary terms and conditions of the sale/purchase of a house.

Getting Started 

You will need:
-The names and addresses of the seller(s) and buyer(s).
-The complete legal description of the property being sold.
-All details of the transaction, including price, earnest money deposit amount, closing date, possession date, inspections, and any contingencies.  

When to Review and Revise 
-If the terms and conditions of the Agreement change after it has been reviewed and signed.
-If certain contingencies, such as financing or inspections, are not satisfied.
-If the need arises to renegotiate any of the important terms of the Agreement.
