Home Remodeling Agreement

The Home Remodeling Agreement is used to arrange for a construction   company or remodeling company to add to or remodel a house.
If you rent or otherwise need permission from someone else to remodel your home, you should not use this form or retain a builder until you have the required permissions.

When You Need It
-This form is useful for most remodeling and addition jobs.
-It should not be used to contract for construction of a new house or other structure, or if the nature of the job is so substantial that it should be treated as if you were building a new house.

Getting Started

You will need:
-You will need to define the scope of the project, including what you want to change, how much you want to spend, when you want the work to begin and when it is to be completed.
-You will need the name and full address of the individual or company who is acting as the remodeling contractor.
-You will need detailed information about the products and/or services to be provided by the remodeling contractor, including payment terms.

When to Review and Revise
