Overview
- This Notice to Tenant to Make Repairs Letter is used to inform a tenant that repairs need to be made to the leased premises.
- In order for a landlord to maintain the premises tenants are often obligated to make repairs.  This letter can be used to inform a tenant that a repair needs to be made by a date certain, or a default under the lease will be declared by the landlord.
