General Release by Individual Claimant

Overview
The General Release by Individual Claimant is used for a person to acknowledge release of a claim against another person.
By signing this document, you will release the other party from all claims, not just one specific claim.  If there is a possibility that you have other claims against the person or company that will be released, consult an attorney before signing.
This release is suitable for settling a claim for minor damage to an automobile, minor damage caused by pet or a small child, and other similar claims.
