Investment Club Partnership Agreement


Overview
The Investment Club Partnership Agreement is designed for two or more individuals to form a club to invest in stocks and other marketable securities.

When You Need It
-To form an Investment Club and wish to have a written agreement for the members to clearly establishes each partner's right to share in the profits (and suffer the losses) of the club. 

Getting Started

You will need:
-The name of the Investment Club, the names of each of the partners (the individuals who are investing) and the location of the Club.
-The amount of each partner's initial capital contribution (how much are they putting into the Club) and whether additional contributions will be allowed.
-The meeting date and/or intervals for the Club.

When to Review and Revise 
-To correct any of the terms in the Agreement prior to signing the document.
-To amend the Agreement for any changes that may take place in the future.
