Demand for Delivery

This letter is used to inform a supplier that the consumer has not yet received goods that have been ordered, and to demand immediate delivery of these goods.
A demand is an assertion of a legal right or claim, or a forceful request to perform an obligation owed to someone, such as the obligation to pay money, or to deliver goods as promised.

When You Need It
-To formally tell a vendor that you have not received goods previously purchased.   

Getting Started

You will need:
-The name and address of the company with whom you placed the order.
-The date you ordered the product as well as the terms for delivery.
-A description of product ordered as well as product number if available.

When to Review and Revise
-To send a follow-up letter updating the company on the status of your request.
-To make a demand for another product with the same or different company.
